I actually read two of Donald J. Trumps’s books long before he became a flaming asshole. I also listened to him when he was on Howard Stern and he was always entertaining. Full of himself, but at the time, just a bombastic real estate tycoon, not the political hack and sociopath he became. It is odd to watch the 2004 Donald Trump Roast on Comedy Central. You can find it on YouTube. In 2011, Trump was famously roasted by both Seth Meyers and Barack Obama. I heard that the only thing that was off-limits was his wealth–which says a lot.

Now most celebrities don’t want to be in the same room as Donald J. Trump.

My first book, Trumpism, a Religion for Sheeple, was written while he was still a candidate for president. I compared his rise to power as religion. Since then many more people have noticed how Trump has amassed a cult follower–where whatever he does is approved no matter how absurd, and he is never criticized by his followers. Sound familiar?

I recently updated it for 2021.

My follow-up is a much more ambitious endeavor. I updated my Jesus Christ Returns books (July 13: R-Rated; August 13: More PG Rated) to focus more on Donald Trump as the Anointed One by Jesus Christ.
