Most documents, but not all, are included in the Liposuction for lipedema Reimbursement Guidebook. In particular, those that favor a Spreadsheet format are only summarized in the Guidebook. Always download the One-Page Checklists<\/a> first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feel free to share all the information on this site with your friends and User Groups. These will be either .doc or .xls format so you can cut-and-paste, edit, sort and organize the material to benefit you the most.
