Research

We will be posting our research library here. It will include research relevant to:

  1. WALANT
  2. Office-Based Surgeries (OBS)
  3. Hand and Wrist surgeries
  4. Other office-based surgical procedures
  5. Safety and Risk of Office-Based Surgeries
  6. Efficacy and benefits of office-based surgery

We will collect all relevant OBS, WALANT and ECTR research supporting the efficacy, benefits, and safety of the procedure when performed in the office and make it available on a Google Drive. If you wish ant access to the database, provide your e-mail using the Contact Us Form.

Below is our first draft list [APR 2021] of top research into ECTR, OBS, WALANT, safety and other factors relevant to the OBSS. They are in order of preference but I am sure the ranking will change often.

Some are both good and bad; some data is helpful and some is neutral. I have the full transcript of many of these but not all.
